What to Bring:
  • A standard zoom lens is a good starting option. SIGMA will also have lenses available to use!
  • You will not need a tripod.
  • Feel free to bring snacks and water.
  • As always, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!

Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops

For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 72-hours/3-days before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.

For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited..

Join Lindsey Ruth, Hunt’s Photo Education, and SIGMA lenses for a creative workshop focused on capturing vintage inspired portraits using modern gear! Beginning with a lighting demo on how to achieve the vintage look through shooting, we’ll then dive into editing techniques that bring the vintage vibe to life. The last hour of the workshop is a hands-on shooting experience where photographers can build their portfolio with the help of SIGMA lenses, which will be present and available for the shoot. This is perfect for photographers who love storytelling, nostalgia, and giving their work a classic twist!

LINDSEY RUTH is a Los Angeles based studio photographer specializing in surrealist portraiture. She began photography over a decade ago with an approach focused on blending post-production and mixed media techniques to create unique works. In 2025, she joined the ambassador team at Sigma America.
