What to Bring:
  • Make sure to dress accordingly with the most current weather report.
  • A standard zoom lens (24-70/105) is appropriate lenses for this walk. A macro lens is definitely recommended, and maybe a prime!
  • Tripods are allowed, but we recommend leaving them in the car and making a short walk back to your car if you think you need it.
  • Feel free to bring snacks and water.
  • Bring an extra camera battery and memory cards.
  • As always, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!

As always, if you are sick or feeling unwell, STAY HOME! You must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event for a credit towards a future walk. Please see Cancellation Policy for details.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops

For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 72-hours/3-days before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.

For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited..

Join Hunt’s Education for a walk at Elizabeth Park Conservancy in West Hartford, Connecticut, an historic area of blooming gardens, lovely walkways, and a pond.  This walk should coincide with blooming roses in the rose garden! Landscape opportunities are also available, but we will spend most of our time in the gardens. Bring your macro (or prime) lens and join us for a fun and stunning walk!
